Brandience & Skyline Chili Earn Award of Excellence for Groundbreaking Achievement

We’re proud to announce that Brandience and Skyline Chili has been honored with the Award of Excellence in the Groundbreaking Achievement category at the 31st Annual Communicator Awards, a recognition of innovation and impact in the world of marketing and communications. We crafted a strong communication strategy, and it turns out, the Communicators agreed.

With over 3,000 entries submitted globally, the Communicator Awards, judged by the Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts (AIVA), recognize the best in creativity, effectiveness, and innovation. To be recognized alongside industry leaders like Netflix, NASA+, Apple, and The Walt Disney Company is a true honor. Entries are scored on a 10-point scale by the Jurors. Excellence Winners receive a score of 9 or above.

This recognition celebrates our work with Skyline Chili, an iconic Cincinnati brand cherished by fans nationwide and renowned for its signature Coneys (chili-topped hot dogs) and its one-of-a-kind chili recipe. It’s only fitting that a strong communication strategy earned us a top communication award.

As Skyline Chili approached its 75th anniversary, the brand wanted to do something unforgettable; a memorable way to celebrate with its devoted fans and expand its national presence.

Skyline partnered with Brandience to develop a multi-faceted communication strategy centered around a 75th Birthday Bash at Cincinnati’s Fountain Square, paired with a nationwide digital activation.

The result? A record-breaking celebration that more than doubled the previous record, energized fans across the country, and elevated Skyline’s visibility like never before.
