Ahead of the Curve and Staying There

In August 2023, we became one of the first agencies to implement a formal AI policy setting the tone for responsible innovation. We created new roles like Generative AI Engineer and Researcher, built custom AI agents for content aggregation and business development, and launched an internal AI Hub.

By mid-2024, we mapped all internal processes for AI opportunities and began developing persona bots.

In April 2025, we became one of the first agencies to earn AI Ethics certification. That same year, we refreshed our AI direction with updated policies and in-house, proprietary AI agents.
