
Opening for Senior Account Executive
Position Summary
The Senior Account Executive position requires a strategic and detail-oriented person to be the day-to-day lead in proactively solving our clients’ businesses challenges. The Senior Account Executive (SAE) position plays a crucial role in delivering the highest quality work for our clients.
As part of a company deeply engaged in Generative AI, this role requires experience using AI tools in a human-centered way to enhance creativity, strategy, and client outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable integrating AI into workflows while maintaining a strong focus on client needs and ethical use.
The SAE position is fast-paced and requires a skill set that includes, but is not limited to:
- Leadership: Must continually search for new, innovative ways to lead and manage clients, move projects and their businesses forward and be able to balance and prioritize responsibilities. Needs to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with clients, internal teams and outside partners to manage and deliver multiple projects on time, on budget and with excellence.
- Solid Writing, Presentation and Organizational Skills: Must have proven communication and organization skills, solid presentation skills and be comfortable dealing with clients at all levels.
- Dependability: Possess a strong work ethic and have ability to multi-task across projects and be deadline driven.
Essential Job Functions
- Day-to-day contact person for several key clients
- Attend and lead internal/external strategy sessions for client businesses
- Develop/nurture solid client relationships
- Lead, mentor and manage team
- Regular interaction with client, often face-to-face
- Work with AE to share Project Management for the team/client
- Resourceful problem solving and strategic thinking
- Follow Team Best Practices
- Write strategic Creative Briefs in a timely fashion, joint duty with AE to open projects/jobs, manage work flow and present work to clients
- Proactively bring new ideas to clients for building their business
- Deliver a stellar customer experience every day by being curious and anticipating needs
- Joint P&L responsibility with the Director of Client Leadership
- Assist with New Business ideas and presentations and Brandience marketing
- Create action plans to grow revenue for existing clients
- Remain flexible with one’s work schedule to ensure timely delivery of assigned projects and adherence to client deadlines.
- Be a positive role model for peers
- Ability to manage fast moving change and ambiguity
Key Responsibilities
- Branding /Rebranding projects
- Creative/Media Brief development
- Development and approvals for Client Estimates
- Assist in developing social media strategy
- Final approval for all Media Reporting
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of agency marketing experience – restaurant experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree (prefer Advertising, Marketing, Communications or General Business)
- Full-time Position
- Desire to work in a fast-paced agency environment that requires a high energy level and commitment to client service and leadership
- Experience with juggling multiple client relationships, projects and deadlines
- Proficiency with MS Office products
- Knowledge/background in traditional Media, Social Media, and Digital Media
- Key analytical skills that enable you to quickly determine the issue and then develop creative solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with Generative AI tools and a demonstrated ability to apply them in a human-centered, strategic context
Physical Requirements
Low physical effort required to sit, stand at files, bend, stoop, lift, and walk. Maximum unassisted lift = 35lbs. Average lift less than 10lbs. Requires ability to use a keyboard, monitor and calculator. Also requires the ability to communicate verbally, both in person and on the telephone. May require traveling by car to clients.
Work Environment
Typical office environment, with minimal exposure to excessive noise or adverse environmental issues.
